Chrome Experiments: Google shows you around the Milky Way

oogle makes Chrome users benefit from an experiment by sending them into space to explore the Milky Way. It reveals the Sun, the Earth, the planets, etc.. Within a large set in this experiment called "100,000 stars."

 After the earth, the oceans, the moon or Mars, Google wants you to take further than the solar system out to explore the Milky Way and of these 120,000 stars whose location is shown in this experiment.



Google has really put the means and you can for example see descriptions and explanations of 87 planets closest to the sun. To do this, the Web giant Wikipedia uses but also used data from NASA and those of the European Space Agency (ESA) to rebuild the whole universe of stars.
