With 460,000 rooms spread worldwide, Accor is today a leader in the hotel industry. It finally chose Adobe Campaign (ex Neolane).

In 2013, this solution has managed for Accor 4,500 specific campaigns and sent more than 700 million emails. In addition, Adobe Campaign is capable of taking into account the profile of each client to better target its shipments. Overall all these features have allowed the hotel group to improve its customer relations. The cost of the project was not disclosed.
