Alcatel presents a smartphone ultra-fin

After the race in widescreen, a further step was taken in the fineness of mobile devices. Alcatel claims to be the thinnest smartphone with 6.45 mm.

With only 6.45 mm thick, the latest Alcatel One Touch Ultra Idol presents itself as the thinnest smartphone on the market. This is better than the Huawei Ascend P1 S (6.68 mm), the Motorola Droid Razr (7.1 mm) or the iPhone 5 (7.6 mm).

This smartphone, which runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is equipped with a 4.7 inch AMOLED HD (720p), a dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 16 GB of storage space and an 8 megapixel sensor.

Compatible WiFi and 3G +, its output is scheduled for the summer of 2013 suggested retail price of 398 $.
