To strengthen its customer relationship management and its marketing campaigns, the hotel group Accor has a solution relational marketing, Adobe campaign (ex Neolane).

With 460,000 rooms spread worldwide, Accor is today a leader in the hotel industry. To monitor its customers and keep them informed of its various offers and promotions, hotel group used far the services of an ESP (Email Service Provider, email broadcasting platform). However, this mode does not correspond to the needs of the group in terms of relationship marketing. Accor wanted a solution that would automate and customize their email campaigns. It finally chose Adobe Campaign (ex Neolane).

In 2013, this solution has managed for Accor 4,500 specific campaigns and sent more than 700 million emails. In addition, Adobe Campaign is capable of taking into account the profile of each client to better target its shipments. Relying on, Accor also able to accelerate its process of relocation of e-mail campaigns. Each country can now perform hers via a predefined template. Overall all these features have allowed the hotel group to improve its customer relations. The cost of the project was not disclosed.
