A bug in the Sabre reservation system paralyzes the American Airlines fleet

Due to a serious failure on the American Airlines reservation system, many flights were canceled and / or delayed, only in the U.S.

Yesterday, the reservation system "Sabre" American Airlines "fell" for several hours, apparently due to a computer bug whose details have not been disclosed. Everything seems to be back in order but 100,000 people were affected by this bug. The CEO of American Airlines also quickly posted a video on YouTube, in which he explained that if the computer system is redundant, primary and secondary systems have been affected by this software problem and the backup system.
