LG introduces kizON a smartwatch for children to contact or monitoring

Parents will be interested in the new device marketed by LG in September. Named Kizon, it is a smartwatch for children allows call and listen to geotag the environment.

LG has developed a smartwatch named Kizon, for smaller.
It is equipped with a 64 MB memory, Wi-Fi and a GPS chip. With a battery life of 36 hours, this smartwatch is waterproof and compatible with smartphones running Android 4.1 and later. Also, it may receive a SIM card and is supported 2G and 3G.

Via a large button, the child can call directly to parents, whose number is stored. It may also be called, and if it does not respond, activates a microphone to listen to the environment of the child.
The GPS function allows also to locate at any time through a mobile application.
Finally, it is possible to save messages to be read to the child according to the time or place where it is located.

Currently marketed in South Korea, the Kizon will be available in September. Offered in blue, green and pink, its price is not yet indicated.

In case of emergency, for safety, to reassure children and parents, or with a view to monitoring the connected accessory may be useful or excessive.
