First major innovation: the introduction of "Message Rules" advanced. Specifically, the inbox has a tool to manage precisely how messages are sorted, stored and they go back to the top of the list of e-mail.
Users can apply different actions sorting and grading (marking as importantly, add an indicator) according to defined criteria (category, seniority, read or unread, contacting status). For example, "if an email from one of his contacts is more than three days, mark it as an important and add a flag.
Other news: the arrival of "Undo" button (Ctrl + Z) to cancel certain actions and handling errors (eg email placed in the trash), and the ability to respond to an email directly to the reception window (In-line reply). Users no longer need to open the message in a separate to answer.
